Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your Visionaria account and associated personal data at any time. This page provides you with clear instructions on how to delete your account.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through the App

If you have access to your account, you can delete it directly through the app:

  1. Open the Visionaria app
  2. Go to your Profile section
  3. Tap the "Delete Account" button
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

Option 2: By Email Request

If you don't have access to your account or the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to: visionariaapp@gmail.com
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with the account you want to delete
  4. Specify that you want your account and associated data deleted

Important: The deletion request email must be sent from the email address that is registered to the account you want to delete. This is required for security verification purposes.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, we will:

  • Remove your personal information from our active systems
  • Delete your account profile and associated data
  • Remove your app usage data and preferences
  • Cancel any active subscriptions

Data Retention After Deletion

Some data may be retained for legal and business purposes:

  • Transaction records: Kept for accounting and legal compliance (typically 7 years)
  • Backup data: May exist in secure backups for up to 60 days before permanent deletion
  • Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-personal data may be retained for business analysis

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. Data is permanently removed from our active systems within this timeframe, and any backup data is deleted within 60 days.
